    – the dwelling house of the said George Pratt, (late divided into 2 tenements in occupation of George Pratt senior & junior, his grandfather and father), with 2 barns lately called the Two Uppermost Barns; a rood of ley in the North End, near the messuage late of Edward Ashwell, deceased south & ground late of Henry Smith, now of Matthew Rutley to north, with the barn, wheat house and buildings erected thereon, the barn [as in WI/33] and half a rood of land, formerly part of the orchard of William Whitmore, with the barn lately erected thereon. Witnesses: Thomas Price Senior of Leighton, & Richard Atkins.
