    - to sons John Parker and Thomas Parker, £100 each - to two daughters Mary Parker and Ann Parker, £300 each - to daughter Martha Parker, all the furniture in "my parlour" - to daughter Ann Parker, my silver tankard - to daughter Martha Parker, all the furniture in her lodging room - to daugher Ann Parker, all furniture in my best lodging room - to daughters Martha and Ann Parker, three pairs of sheets, three pairs of pillow cases, and three pairs of Napkins each - real estates in Bedford and elsewhere to two sons William Parker and Richard Parker and their heirs, to take as tenants in common and not as joint tenants - to said two sons, all leasehold estates all stock in trade, household furniture, plate, linen, monies and securities not already disposed of, to sons William and Richard Parker subject to payment of debts, legacies and funeral expenses. Real estates to be charged with payment if personal estate insufficient to cover debts etc. appoints William Parker and Richard Parker as joint executors witnesses: Thomas Hornbuckle, clerk John Livett, servant to Mr. Parker D Gregory attorney at law
