    i) Reverend James Belsham of Bedford, and Ann his wife, one of the daughters of Thomas Woodward late of Bedford, gentleman, deceased ii) Reverend Samuel Saunderson of Bedford, and Frances his wife, another of the daughters of the said Thomas Woodward Recites: Will of Thomas Woodward, dated 28 September 1765. Devised premises hereinafter mentioned then in the occupation of i) to Ann Belsham until the marriage or decease of his wife Elizabeth, and then to Frances Saunderson Whereas, after Thomas Woodward made his will and before he died, i) moved into the house of Francis Jennings of Bedford, gentleman, lately deceased, and ii) moved into the first mentioned property; Thomas Woodward did not alter his will, but it was known to Ann Belsham and Frances Saunderson that it was his will that the property should be fully vested in Frances Saunderson NOW consideration: 5s. paid by ii) to i), i) quitclaim to ii) - messuage, cottage or tenement with outhouses, garden and appurtenances in Angel Street, Bedford, now in the occupation of ii) witnesses: Sam Belsham Jeremy Fish Palmer seal: one applied signatures: i)
