    i) John Parker Ames of Bedford, grocer, Sarah Ames of Bedford, spinster, and Thomas Ames of Bedford, shoemaker ii) George Wells of Bedford, victualler iii) William Smith of Bedford, gentleman, trustee on behalf of ii) Recites that Elizabeth Hornbuckle Ames bequeathed all her real estate in Bedford to her three children by her will dated 4 September 1813, and also appointed William Cumberland of Bedford, cordwainer, and Isaac Wale of Bedford, tailor, as executors of her will. They proved the will in the Archdeaconry Court of Bedford on the date of this deed. i) have agreed with ii) for the sale of the property to ii) for £500 NOW consideration: £500 paid by ii) to i), i) grant to ii) - messuage etc. as in HT1/9/12, but now in the occupation of Madewell Green - messuage adjoining, as in HT1/9/12. endorsed: receipt by i) to ii) for £500 witnesses: Francis John Budd attorney, Bedford William Hurst his clerk seals: three applied, with large capital B. signatures: i)
