Wale of Bedford ii) Mr. George Wells of Bedford Agreement by i) to sell property described below to ii) with a good title, for £500, within six months of the date of the agreement or sooner if convenient. Rents and profits to be to the use of ii) from the date of the conveyance. 20% deposit to be paid as part of the purchase money - premises in Angel Street, being the Corner House and premises fronting Wells Street, late the property of Mrs. Ames deceased, and now in the occupation of Green, Goodard, and other tenants at will signatures: I Wale, Executor to the late Mrs. E Ames George Wells
