    - to her three children John Parker Ames, Sarah Ames, and Thomas Ames, her cottage, messuage or tenement (now divided into three tenements) with appurtenances, being the Corner house on the west side of Angel Street in the parish of St. Paul, Bedford, formerly in the occupation of testator's grandfather, William Parker, deceased, and now in the several occupations of testator, Mary Woolston, and Robert Goddard - to children as above, all her other real estate 3 guineas each to friends William Cumberland of Bedford, cordwainer, and Isaac Wale, tailor, for their trouble as executors of her will, to be paid within three months of her decease. Residue of money, securites, stocks, funds and other debts owing to testator, stock in trade, household furniture, goods etc. remaining after the payment of funeral expences, executorship charges etc. to be shared equally among the three children to be paid when they attain the age of 21. The interest to be applied towards their maintenance and education in the meantime. Appoints William Cumberland and Isaac Wale as executors witnesses: John Cooch and Elizabeth Cooch, Bedford Edward Cooch Baldock [Note.
