    i) William Parker of Bedford, gentleman, and Mayor of the Town ii) William Hornbuckle Parker of Bedford, grocer, only surviving child of i) iii) Mary Tyers of Northampton, spinster iv) Robert Tyers of Northampton, gentleman, father of iii) and one of the Aldermen of the Town of Northampton, and John Parker of Bedford, surgeon. Recites that marriage was intended betwen ii) and iii) and that it had been agreed that the premises described below should be settled on iv) to hold to uses declared NOW consideration: marriage of ii) and iii), and 10s. paid by iv) to i), i) grants to iv) - messuage, cottage or tenement with appurtenances, being the Corner house on the west side of Angel Street otherwise Sheeps Chipping in the parish of St. Paul, Bedford, heretofore purchased by i) of Thomas Robinson, and now in the occupation of i) - cottage or tenement near the churchyard of St. Paul, Bedford, in the occupation of John Guess, which was bequeathed to i) by Elizabeth Harris, widow To hold to iv) in trust for the use of i) until the marriage takes place, then to use of i) for life, from the death of i) or ii) to the use of iii) for life, and then from the decease of the survivor of i), ii) or iii) to the use of the heirs of ii) and iii), or in default of such to the use of the heirs of ii) for ever endorsed: [in later hand, in pencil] "it appears that there was no issue of this Marriage, and that William Hornbuckle Parker died intestate". witnesses: Richard Lovesey Francis Powell James Clarke Joshua Crockford seals: five applied signatures: i), ii), iii) and Robert Tyers
