    i) Thomas Robinson of Bedford, blacksmith, and Amy his wife ii) James Browton of Bedford, baker - messuage with appurtenances in Angel Street in parish of St. Paul, Bedford, in the occupation of Thomas Robinson, but heretofore in the occupation of William White, deceased, late husband of said Amy Robinson. Recites that Thomas Robinson was seized in fee of the above property in right of Amy, his wife, and that they intended to settle the property for the life of the longest liver and thereafter to the use of their heirs. Fine of the property was levied in the Court of Common Pleas at Bedford on 12 January 1676/7 to ii), by name of 1 messuage with appurtenances in the parish of St. Paul, Bedford NOW i) and ii) covenant and agree that the fine should be deemed to settle the property on ii) in trust for the use of i) for life, and thereafter to the use of their heirs witnesses : Paule Cobb Paul Cobb Mary Cobb John Linford seals: three tags signatures: marks of Thomas and Amy Robinson James Brougham
