    Parties: (i) Eddie Horace Shrive (also known as Edward Horace Shrive) of 63 Harpur Street, Bedford (ii) Bedfordshire Building Society (iii) Veronica Beatrice Woodward of Brookside Farm, Maulden, spinster, and David Oliver Woodward of Speedwell Farm, Woburn, farmer Reciting: - mortgage of property at Millbrook (not including property (a)) by (i) to (ii) dated 27 May 1970 for £9750 - conveyance dated 28 February 1972 (see X948/2/MIL/5/9) - further charge dated 28 February 1972 in which land comprised in X948/2/MIL/5/9 added to security for additional loan of £2700 Operative part: - (i) sells property (a) to (iii) for £1000 with consent of (ii) - right of way reserved to (i) over roadway to be constructed over (a) Property: (a) Parcel of land in Millbrook forming part of OS Field Nos. 69 and 73 as indicated on enclosed plan Habendum - property to be held by (iii) under trusts declared by a trust instrument between David Oliver Woodward and Veronica Beatrice Woodward Covenants: - as set out in conveyance dated 2 October 1957 - (iii) to make up a properly kerbed and metal roadway of minimum width 13 feet at their own expense within 6 months - within one month (iii) to erect a stock proof post and four rail fence on the property boundary - within one month (iii) to erect 12 feet wide field gates at points marked on plan, and to add further access points as requested by written notice of (i) - (iii) to construct a kerbed and metalled access 12 feet wide at point indicated on plan - free flow of brook over which road will pass to be maintained by (iii) - documents to be produced by (i) and (ii) as required by (iii)
