All arable land ideally suited for market garden crops. (2) 107 acres. Ideal block of market garden land with long road frontage and easy access to Ampthill/Woburn road. Includes a large pond believed to contain a large variety of fish. All arable land. (3) 11.007 acres at Millbrook, with frontage and access to main village road at Millbrook. Endorsed with memorandum that Lot 3 purchased by Edward Horace Shrive of The Old Rectory, Millbrook, for £3000.
