    (I) Conveyance of 2 October 1957 between (1) V.A.F.V. Russell, A. C. Lyell and O.J. Humbert, and (2) Arthur James Woodward, farmer and Beatrice May Woodward his wife, Veronica Beatrice Woodward, spinster, and David Oliver Woodward, farmer, partners as farmers under firm name "A.J.Woodward & Co." of Brookside Farm, Maulden. Sale to (2) for £2250 of farmhouse with outbuildings and land known as Ossory Arms Farm, amounting to 40.132 acres, including OS Fields No.66 (part) containing 2.237 acres; 67 (part) containing 0.200 acres; 69, containing 3.139 acres; and 73, containing 7.868 acres. Recites deeds relating to title of personal representatives of Hastings, 12th Duke of Bedford. (II) Mortgage dated 11 February 1958 between (1) A.J.Woodward, B.M.Woodward, V.B.Woodward and D.O.Woodward and (2) National Farmers Union Mutual Insurance Society Ltd for £15,000 of Ossory Arms Farm together with various other properties not the subject of this abstract. (III) Further charge dated 21 May 1962 between same parties as (VI) for additional sum of £5100. (IV) Further charge dated 26 June 1962 between same parties as (VI) for additional sum of £4000. (V) Deed of release dated 27 January 1966 not relating to property which is subject of this abstract. (VI) Release dated 23 February 1966. As only £8000 of loans remained outstanding various properties including OS Field Nos.69, 71 and 73 in Millbrook released from the mortgage charge. (VII) Conveyance dated 26 February 1968 between (1) AJ., B.M., V.B., and D.O. Woodward and (2) Alan Thurstan Williams (see X948/2/MIL/5/2). (VIII) Deed dated 27 February 1968 between (1) Alan Thurstan Williams and (2) AJ., B.M., V.B., and D.O. Woodward granting (2) right of way across OS Field No.71 as marked on plan (see X948/2/MIL/5/3)
