    (I) Common title of personal representatives of Hastings 12th Duke of Bedford commencing with vesting deed of 30 April 1926 and ending with probate of will of 12th Duke granted 8 December 1953 (II) Memorandum endorsed on probate of 8 December 1953 recording conveyance on 2 October 1957 of Ossory Arms Farm, Ampthill and Millbrook to Arthur James Woodward, Beatrice May Woodward, Veronica Beatrice Woodward and David Oliver Woodward, (III) Certificate of official search dated 26 September 1957 (IV) Conveyance of 2 October 1957 between (1) V.A.F.V. Russell, A. C. Lyell and O.J. Humbert, and (2) Arthur James Woodward, farmer and Beatrice May Woodward his wife, Veronica Beatrice Woodward, spinster, and David Oliver Woodward, farmer, partners as farmers under firm name "A.J.Woodward & Co." of Brookside Farm, Maulden. Sale to (2) for £2250 of farmhouse with outbuildings and land known as Ossory Arms Farm, amounting to 40.132 acres, including enclosure no.71 on OS Sheet containing 1.116 acres. (V) Memoranda endorsed on (IV) - conveyance dated 7 November 1960 of Ossory Farm House, Millbrook, to Michael Richard Starkess - conveyance dated 4 November 1959 to Ampthill and District Rugby Union Football Club Ltd. of eastern part of OS Field No.126, Ampthill - conveyance dated 26 February 1968 to Alan Thurstan Williams of OS Field No.71 (VI) Mortgage dated 11 February 1958 between (1) A.J.Woodward, B.M.Woodward, V.B.Woodward and D.O.Woodward and (2) National Farmers Union Mutual Insurance Society Ltd for £15,000 of Ossory Arms Farm together with various other properties not the subject of this abstract. (VII) Further charge dated 21 May 1962 between same parties as (VI) for additional sum of £5100. (VIII) Further charge dated 26 June 1962 between same parties as (VI) for additional sum of £4000. (IX) Release dated 23 February 1966. As only £8000 of loans remained outstanding various properties including OS Field No.71 released from the mortgage charge. (X) Certificate of official search dated 23 February 1968 (XI) Conveyance dated 26 February 1968 between (1) AJ., B.M., V.B., and D.O. Woodward and (2) Alan Thurstan Williams (see X948/2/MIL/5/2).
