As legatee Harold Victor James Fensome had died in her lifetime letters of administration granted in DPR Oxford on 14 September 1955 to sister Lilian Doris Dickins. Also copy of Minute on filing Renunciation before Grant issues. Instrument of Renunciation exhibited by Gates & Williams stating that Harold Victor James Fensome of 58 Lyndhurst Road, Luton gunner No.1831493 in 35th Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment R.A. died c.1943 a prisoner of war in Japanese Hands, having by last will and testament dated 15 October 1941 appointed Lloyds Bandk Ltd sole executor.
