    Parties: (i) The West Hertfordshire Main Drainage Authority (ii) Vauxhall Motors Limited Operative part: - (i) sells property (a) and (b) to (ii) for £225,000 subject to easements, rights and covenants as shown in Schedule I Parts 3 and 4 and Schedule II Part 3 Property: (a) Lower Great Farm, Lidlington, with farmhouse and other buildings, containing 352.453 acres as listed in Schedule I and indicated on attached plan, excluding the reservoir and water main of the Ampthill Rural District Council (b) Lyemead Farm, Millbrook, consisting of 349.687 acres in parishes of Millbrook and Marston Moretaine with farmhouse, farm buildings and cottages erected thereon, as listed in Schedule II and indicated on enclosed plan Covenants: - (ii) covenants with (i) to perform covenants contained in conveyances dated 27 March 1962 and 30 November 1964 Schedule I Part 3 (Lower Great Farm) - rights of way, easements etc as contained in conveyance dated 27 March 1962 between (1) Owen Johnston Humbert, John Hugo Russell Baron Ampthill, Jocelyn Francis Tichbourne Nangle, and Douglas James Waterston Dryburgh, and (2) Arthur James Woodward, Beatrice May Woodward, Veronica Beatrice Woodward, and David Oliver Woodward - provisions of conveyance dated 15 February 1932 between (1) 11th Duke of Bedford and (2) Ampthill Rural District Council of land for reservoir and other works with water mains - Government oil pipeline which crosses property - rights of Buckinghamshire Water Board in respect of water main pipelines - declaration as to rights of light, air, drainage or other easements contained in 1962 conveyance - covenant re fencing contained in conveyance dated 30 November 1964 betaeen (1) Arthur James, Woodward, Beatrice May Woodward, Veronica Beatrice Woodward and David Oliver Woodward, and (2) David Arthur Kitchener - all other easements Schedule I Part 4 (Lower Great Farm) - all game and sporting rights excepted and reserved in 1962 conveyance - restrictive covenants in 1962 conveyance Schedule II Part 3 (Lyemead Farm): - rights of Government in respect of oil pipiline which crosses property - rights of Ampthill Rural District Council in respect of water main, with benefit of an annual payment of 8s 4d to (ii) - a ground bed installation in O.S. Field No.23 for cathodic protection of the oil pipe line in favour of the minister of Works, with full right for the Minister to erect an overhead electricity cable supported by 8 poles - a wayleave for 2 Central Electricity Generating Board pylons in O.S. Field Nos. 19 and 20, with benefit of annual payment of £10 15s 6d to (ii) - wayleaves for 8 Eastern Electricity Board poles and 4 stays, with benefit of annual payments of £3 11s 0d to (ii) - a notice dated 4 April 1966 served by the Buckinghamshire Water Board of their intention to lay a 30 inch water pipe across the property - covenant as contained in conveyance dated 9 October 1957 (X948/2/MIL/4/2) - declaration re rights of light or air in convenance dated 1 May 1967 (X958/2/MIL/4/3)
