Appoints Permanent Trustee Company of New South Wales Limited sole executor and trustee
Devises and bequeaths whole estate in trust with following provisions:
- all livestock including poultry, produce and feed on hand at 40 Greystanes Road, Pendle Hilll to Mrs. Ethel Cottrell
- freehold dwelling house at 40 Greystanes Road, Pendle Hill with household effects, plant, tools and all farming implements to use and occupation of Ethel Cottrell for life or so long as she sees fit to reside there
- annuity of £52 p.a. to Ethel Cottrell
- estate to be sold after death of Ethel Cottrell
- residuary income and estate to daughter Doris Violet Evans of Kettering (Northants)
- authorises trustee to sell any part of real and personal estate during lifetime of Ethel Cottrell with her consent; if house at 40 Greystanes Road is sold annuity payable to her to increase to £104 p.s.
- if daughter Doris predeceases himself of Ethel Cottrell residuary estate to be divided equally between her surviving children, if any, and to be held in trust until they reach age 21
