Appoints Stanley Charles Kilby of Luton and son Gilbert Endlesby of Luton as executors and trustees. Devises real estate in trust to allow wife Mary Ann Endlesby to receive rents and income for life. After her death bequeaths his house and manufacturing premises at 3a Bailey Street, Luton equally between son Gilbert Endlesby and daughter Mabel Endlesby. Remainder of estate to be sold be trustees and proceeds devided equally between his children Gilbert Endlesby, Mabel Endlesby, Violet Wilson wife of Bert Wilson of Luton, and Grace Titterington, wife of Percy Titterington of Luton. Bequeaths household furniture to daughter Mabel Endlesby on condition his wife Mary Ann has use of it for her lifetime. Bequeaths remainder of personal estate to wife Mary Ann Endlesby. Died 12 December 1932; proved at PPR 10 January 1933.
