    Appoints Albert Victor Williams of Luton, solicitor (or his son Alan Thurstan Williams of Ampthill) and his son Dennis Charles Earle as executors and trustees. Bequeaths all personal, household and domestic effects to his wife Nellie Beatrice Earle. Wife Nellie Beatrice Earle to receive income from estate for her lifetime. Residue of estate devised and bequeathed to son Dennis Charles Earle subject to payment of £25 legacy to the National Adult School Movement of Bloomsbury Square, London. Also expresses desire without legal obligation that his son will make a contribution to Luton and Dunstable Hospital at his discretion. Witnesses: Catherine E Hadley, Gladys J Hubert, clerks to Gates & Williams, solicitors Codicil dated 29 April 1952 revokes legacy to the National Adult School Movement. Died 24 December 1953; proved in DPR Oxford on 28 June 1954.
