    Parties: (i) Alan Thurstan Williams of Ampthil, solicitor, and Laura Winifred Williams (ii) Sheila Tierney Straker of 48 Arthur Street, Ampthill Recites: - statutory declaration made by Joseph Thomas Bunker on 4 October 1955 (X948/2/MIL/1/3) - conveyance dated 5 October 1955 (X948/2/MIL/1/5) Operative part: - (i) agrees to sell property (a) to (ii) for £4250 Property; (a) Parcel of land at Millbrook on the west side of road from Ampthill to Marston together with dwellinghouse with garage known as Mulberry Cottage Covenants: - as in X948/2/MIL/1/5 (recited in Second Schedule) - fulilment of contract entered into with Messrs. B. A. Fleet & Co. of Maulden by Alan Thurstan Williams for execution of building works on the property in accordance with plans and specifications as set out in Third Schedule; payment to be made by Alan Thurstan Williams - (i) retains right for roots and branches of existing yew tree to grow into part of property (a) as outlined on attached plan in green - (i) retains rights of drainage as presently enjoyed with rights of access for maintenance of drainage system - if (ii) does not maintain the property as her principal place of residence (i) to have the option to repurchase the property on specified terms - as in Fourth Schedule Third Schedule: - Additions (i) room on 1st floor as already constructed (ii) bay window in lounge (already constructed) (iii) terrace at rear (west) to be completed with surface of paving slabs (iv) small terrace with stone paving (completed) at front door (v) sandstone wall (average height 18 inches) to be completed along part of southern boundary (vi) outside light to be paid for by vendors (vii) 4 electric light pendants and 2 electric light wall fittings - Modifications (i) minor modifiactions to be agreed (ii) provision of Baxi fire with brick fire surround in lounge with back boiler and hot air ducts to kitchen and first floor (already completed) Fourth Schedule - no building to be erected on (a) except a private dwellinghouse, and no building to be used except as a private residence - no advertisement hoardings to be erected on property (other than for selling or letting thereof) - no windows, lights, doors or openings to be placed on the south side of any buildings - nothing to be done on the property which would interfere with teh growth and safety of mulberry tree marked on plan
