Parties: (i) Eddie Horace Shrive (otherwise known as Edward Horace Shrive) of The Old Rectory, Millbrook (ii) Gateway Building Society (incorporating Temperance Permanent and Bedfordshire Building Societies (iii) Elsa Elizabeth Shrive, wife of (i) Reciting: - mortgage to Bedfordshire Building Society dated 27 May 1970 (X948/2/MIL/1/9) - mortgage to Bedfordshire Building Society (with other property) dated 28 February 1972 (X948/2/MIL/1/11) Operative part: - (i) gives half share in property to (iii) Property: (a) House, garden and premises known as The Old Rectory, Millbrook, as shown on attached plan (includes woodland and other land to west and north of Old Rectory) Habendum: - (i) and (iii) to hold in fee simple as joint tenants Covenants: - as in conveyance dated 27 May 1970 (X948/2/MIL/1/8) - (i) and (iii) to be jointly liable under the two mortgages Memorandum: - Conveyance dated 21 June 1982 by which Old Rectory with part of land comprised within this conveyance was conveyed by Eddie Horace Shrive and Elsa Elizabeth Shrive of The Old Rectory, to Maxwell James Summerlin and Ann Julie Summerlin, both of Drakes Lodge, Gayhurst, Newport Pagnell (Bucks)
