Michael, Bishop of St. Albans on behalf of the incumbent of the benefice of the Rectory of Millbrook and Diocese of St. Albans; (ii) Church Commissioners for England; (iii) Alan Thurstan Williams of Ampthill, solicitor and his wife Laura Winifred Williams Operative part: - (iii) pays £2650 into account of (ii) - (i) conveys property to (iii) with consent of (ii) Property: (a) House, garden and premises at Millbrook known as "The Rectory", containing 1a 0r 9p as delineated on attached plan Habendum: - to be held by (iii) in fee simple Covenants as set out in Schedule: - no house existing on the property or erected in future to be called "The Rectory" or "Millbrook Rectory" of "The Vicarage" or "The Parsonage" or any other name that would suggest the premises are occupied by the Incumbent - property only to be used for private residential purposes and not for any religious or other purposes connected with any religious body other than the Church of England - nothing to be done or permitted on the property which may be a nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to the Minister conducting or congregation attending Divine Service in the Parish Church or graveyard
