Parties: (i) William Hull of High Street, Leagrave, forage contractor (ii) Harry Lindfield of High Street, Leagrave, engineer Operative part: - sale of property (a) by (i) to (ii) for £2 10s Property: (a) Piece of land at the rear of premises of Harry Lindfield in High Street, Leagrave, measuring 40ft 2ins by 6ft as shown on plan, bounded: SE by rear of (ii)'s property; SW by garden and premises of Herbert William Thompson; NW and NE by other land of William Hull Habendum: - (ii) to hold property in fee simple Covenant: - within 3 months (ii) will erect substantial fences on the NW and NE sides of (a) and maintain them thereafter - (i) will produce documents as listed in Schedule to (ii) Schedule: - conveyance dated 26 July 1901 between (1) William Anstee, (2) John Cumberland and (3) Walter Thomas Lye - conveyance dated 7 June 1926 between (1) Ernest Blundell Lye and (2) Milner Gray and (3) Sidney Ralph Bailey - conveyance dated 21 June 1926 between (1) Sidney Ralph Bailey, and (2) William Hull.
