Recites: Assignment of 22 July 1672 [HT1/4/3a] in which the lease for 1000 years of 24 March 1634/5 [HT1/4/2a], the Will of William Cockman of 23 July 1652 [HT1/4/2b], and HT1/4/3 are recited
Whereas: Simon Beckett had assigned the term by deed of gift to his daughter Martha, mother of i) : Martha Paradine was dead and had bequeathed the term to i).

consideration: £40 paid by ii) to i), i) assigns to ii)
- property as in lease for 1000 years [HT1/4/2a], but cottage in the occupation of John Peacock
