    Recites HT1/3/5 and 6, and in pursuance and exercise of powers granted therein bequeaths, - to son George Rugeley, messuage or tenement in Angel Street in the parish of St. Paul, Bedford, in the occupation of Richard Rugeley and Thomas Guest, to hold for ever, but charged with a payment of £5 per annum to testator's husband, Richard Rugeley, for life. Recites that Elizabeth Custerson of Bedford, widow, deceased, had bequeathed £50 to testator by her will dated 23 Dec. 1789. NOW, testator bequeaths this sum of £50 as follows: to Thomas Kilpin of Bedford, ironmonger, and to William Freeman of Bedford, upholsterer, one guinea each for a ring. to said Thomas Kilpin and William Freeman, £47. .18 residue of the sum of £50 on trust to place out on good security and to pay the interest to husband Richard Rugeley for life, and thereafter to daughter Ann Rugeley "for her own use and benefit and not to be subject or liable to the debts, control or engagements of any husband she may then have", and if she die without children, then the sum was to be held on trust for the use of son, George Rugeley Appoints Thomas Kilpin and William Freeman as executors witnesses: Theed Pearse of Bedford, gentleman Susanna R.
