whereas: i) had contracted with ii) for the sale of the inheritance in fee simple of the property for £265

consideration: £265 paid by ii) to i), i) grants to ii)
- three messuages or tenements together situate on the west side of Angel Street in the parish of St. Paul, Bedford, formerly in the occupation of Edward Cook, Mary Franklin, widow, and Thomas Reynolds, and now or late in the occupation of Edward Allison, Elizabeth Pollard and William Cooper, and all the outhouses behind the said messuages used as storehouses and dusthouses. The three messuages fronting towards the street and extending towards the street 50 feet.
