    i) William Long of Bedford, brewer ii) Betty Watkins of Bedford, spinster recites: Lease and release of 14/15 August 1800 i] Jacob Whitbread Esquire and John Wingate Jennings Esquire ii] William Belsham Esquire iii] Samuel Whitbread Esquire iv] Joseph Delafield, brewer v] William Long vi] Francis Green, merchant Property settled upon trust in v] whereas: i) had contracted with ii) for the sale of the inheritance in fee simple of the property for £265 NOW consideration: £265 paid by ii) to i), i) grants to ii) - three messuages or tenements together situate on the west side of Angel Street in the parish of St. Paul, Bedford, formerly in the occupation of Edward Cook, Mary Franklin, widow, and Thomas Reynolds, and now or late in the occupation of Edward Allison, Elizabeth Pollard and William Cooper, and all the outhouses behind the said messuages used as storehouses and dusthouses. The three messuages fronting towards the street and extending towards the street 50 feet. : S. and W. Harpur' s Hospital and the garden and orchard of the Hospital : N. House and garden formerly belonging to and in the occupation of Mr. Richard Lovesey, and now of ii) Covenant to produce deeds listed in schedule, viz: a - 31 Jan. 1766. Indenture between 1) the Reverend James Belsham and Ann his wife and Rachel Hensman, and 2) Thomas Gadsby, surgeon. b - Hilary Term 6 Geo. III [1766]. Fine between Thomas Gadsby, plaintiff, and James and Ann Belsham and Rachel Hensman, deforciants. c - 31 July/1 Aug. 1771. Lease and Release between 1) Arthur Jennings and Thomas Burkitt, 2) Edward Pickard, gentleman, and Frances his wife, and 3) Ann Belsham, widow. d - 7/8 May 1781. Lease and Release between 1) Edward Pickard, 2) Thomas Burkitt the elder and Thomas Burkitt the younger, and 3), William Belsham e - 24/25 Dec. 1783.
