Now: in consideration: £300 paid by Thomas Christie to Katherine and John Hawkes and £100 paid by Thomas Christie to Francis Beckett; Katherine and John Hawkes at direction of Francis Beckett convey the premises to Thomas Christie - premises as in HT1/1/1 Francis Beckett and wife Mary covenant to levy fine before Trinity term next.
