i) William Abbis and Alice Abbis ii) Francis Becket iii) Thomas Harding of Bedford, whittawer whereas: Francis Beckett is seized in fee simple of a messuage in Angel Street and a close of pasture called Corne Close, 10 acres, in the parish of St Paul, Bedford, and Thomas Harding is likewise seized of one close of pasture called Bourden Barne Close, 4 acres, with a cottage in Bedford. For assurance and establishment of said estates of Francis Becket and Thomas Harding, William and Alice Abbis will levy fine before Michaelmas term next at cost of Francis Beckett and Thomas Harding. - 1 messuage, 1 cottage, 10 acres land, 5 acres pasture. To use of Francis Beckett except close of pasture to use of Thomas Harding. Witnesses: Rees Thomas William Scott, junior Seals: two tags with seals missing, one fragment on tag.
