Assent by Maurice Albert Sargent of "Clovelly", Upton Road, Watford (Herts), railway official, as personal representative of Frederick Albert Sargent of "Clovelly" who died 13 April 1942 and whose will dated 21 February 1932 was proved in PPR on 27 July 1942, to vesting in himself and his sister Marion Olive Sargent as joint tenants in law of former public house, now unlicensed, in Potton, formerly known as The Maidenhead and then as Queens Head, formerly in the occupation of Mary Dear and lately of Alfred Allen Sargent, formerly copyhold of manor of Potton Much Manured, to which Alfred Allen Sargent was admitted on 19 January 1920.
