- Scope and ContentAfter decease of his wife Mary Cox gives and devises to: (i) grandson William Warner, son of his daughter Elizabeth, wife of William Warner, and (ii) granddaughter Elizabeth, daughter of his son Robert Cox part of the cottage now in his own occupation known by the sign of the Maidenhead held from the Manor of Potton Much Manured which he has surrendered to the use of his will. Gives and bequeaths: - all his wearing apparel to son Robert Cox - residue of estate to his wife for her lifetime, following her death £10 to be paid to son Robert within 6 months and remainder to be divided between grandson William Warner and granddaughter Elizabeth Cox Appoints wife Mary Cox and son-in-law William Warner joint executors. Witnesses: John Pedley, John Hinson and Elizabeth Gregory Proved 14 August 1784
