Copy of conditional surrender by: (i) John Cox of Potton, innholder, and Mary his wife, to (ii) Robert Hall of Biggleswade, yeoman Of (a) Part of cottage in Potton formerly in occupation of John Compton, then John Snitch, and now John Cox, known by the sign of the Maidenhead, to which John Cox was admitted on 14 December 1758 on surrender of John Pedley and wife Martha. To be void on payment of £25 plus interest by (i) to (ii). Mary Cox examined by Francis Wingfield, steward.
