    Conveyance Parties: (i) Theed William Pearse of Rye Close, Bedford, gentleman and James Pearse of Bedford, gentleman executors of the will of Theed Pearse, deceased; (ii) Edward Chandler of Bedford Reciting: - will of Theed Pearse of Rye Close, Bedford of 1 November 1849 appointing his wife Lucy and sons (i) as executors and after devising all property held in trust or as mortgagees as well as certain property in Bedford, Saint Paul and Marston Moretaine and his house in Rye Close devised the residue of his real estate to his trustees in trust for sale; - codicils to the will of Theed Pearse of 11 September 1852 and 23 March 1857 which did not affect (a); - on 9 May 1857 Theed Pearse was seized of King’s Close, Bedford, Saint Mary when he died, his will being proved in PCC on 13th May 1857; - death of Lucy Pearse at Bedford on 21st December 1865 Operative Part: - (i) conveyed (a) to (ii) for £75 Property: (a) part of King’s Close, Bedford Saint Mary with a frontage of 42 feet and depth at SW of 108 feet and NE 115 feet bounded: NE by other property of (i); SW by property of William Joseph Nash; purchased from (i) and occupied as garden ground; SE by King’s Place; NW by embankment to railway bridge on the road from Bedford to Kempston Covenant: - by (i) to produce scheduled deeds Schedule: - Feoffment of 10th October 1804: (1) John Day; (2) Theed Pearse senior; (3) Robert Denis; - indenture of 10th May 1851: (1) Theed Pearse junior; George Pearse; Henry Pearse (2) Theed Pearse junior; Rev.
