Property: (a) land containing 3.777 acres shown on the annexed plan, in the occupation of (iii) Covenants: - (iii) must keep all hedges, fences and gates on (a) in good repair - A form of licence with Steppingley Cricket Club allowing shared occupation is expressly permitted - no trees, plants, bushes or hedges maybe cut down or ‘injured’, and no soil clay or other materials may be removed from (a) without the permission of (ii)
