Parties: (i) The official custodian for charities (ii) Peter Andrew Gregory, The Reverend Paul Richard Miller, Jean Mary Jardine, David James Douglas, Dr John William Muir, Elizabeth Whiteside, Harry Wollard (the trustees of the Woburn Almshouse Charity) (iii) Steppingley Parish Council Reciting - an Order made by the Charity Commissioners on 23 April 1971 vesting (a) in (i) then in (ii) - (a) forms part of the permanent endowment of the Woburn Almshouse Charity Operative Part: (ii) demise (a) to (iii) on behalf of (i) for a term of nine years from 25 March 1993, for a yearly rental payment of £160, for use as a recreation ground. Property: (a) land containing 3.777 acres shown on the annexed plan, in the occupation of (iii) Covenants: - (iii) must keep all hedges, fences and gates on (a) in good repair - A form of licence with Steppingley Cricket Club allowing shared occupation is expressly permitted - no trees, plants, bushes or hedges maybe cut down or ‘injured’, and no soil clay or other materials may be removed from (a) without the permission of (ii)
