- mortgage of 30th June 1902 in which (1) Stephen Osbourn borrowed money from (ii) secured on (a)-(b);
- a considerable sum was owing to (ii) on the mortgage;
- (ii) agreed to sell (a) to (iii) for £900;
- £600 remained owing on mortgage to (i);
- it was agreed that £600 would be paid to (i)
