- Scope and ContentVery sorry anything should prevent Lady Bell's coming - "What you say upon that subject is as usual most obliging, I will venture to say she could not have been more welcome anywhere, and I should at least have wished to have entertained her more perhaps than would have been in my power; and had we got over that troublesome distemper then I should have ventured to propose her coming as a remedy from the change of air; which I have always heard from those that have experienced it the only thing of any service or that can shorten the duration of it. I am most sincerely glad they are both likely to have it in a favourable manner, and that it brings on no other complaints, particularly to Lady Mary who had more to.... hope Lord Hardwicke and you are safe from it yourselves."
