Mr Woolfe did not come, "though I understand he has been down to the parsonage at Campton". Workmen will not be out of the house in less than a month. Then paint the bath house, and colonnade seat by Cainhill. Is still trying to get perch and tench. [Encloses measurement of: piers in large new room and in drawing room; 3 windows in new room adjoining and room over it].
