    DEED POLL of John Durrant of Great Brickhill, Buckinghamshire, carpenter being CONVEYANCE (bargain, sale and feoffment) to William Perrye of Edlesborough, Buckinghamshire, labourer, in consideration of £5 - 2 and half acres arable pasture or ley in Edlesborough: - 3 half acres of arable in Short Staple alias Mudborough furlong next to the land now or late of William Sandys esquire south, and land of Thomas Putnam on north, abutting west on land of said Thomas Putnam and east on land of Thomas Pigott gentleman - 4 butts of pasture or ley containing by estimate 1 acre lying together in or near a mead there called Great West Mead next to a ditch called Cammes Lake west, and land of Thomas Edge the elder on the east, shooting towards the south on Moore furlong and north on the highway there Warranty clause against Joan now wife of John Durrant mark (initials) of John Durrant Witness to livery of seisin: Bennett Durrant, mark of Thomas Hartley, also Richard Atkins (probably scrivener)
