Reciting that Sarah Olney wife of John Olney was the widow of Thomas Stonell of Totternhoe, farmer, deceased, and the appointment [X647/67] and that she subsequently intermarried with John Olney Appointment of all parts of messuages as were purchased by Thomas Stonell deceased or his ancestors from Hannah Snoxell and other members of the Snoxell family in Totternhoe and Eaton Bray on her death to the use of John Pratt of Totternhoe, farmer; George Pratt of Berkhamsted, farmer, brothers of Sarah Olney, and Hannah and Maria Pratt of Totternhoe, spinsters, her sisters, subject to certain legacies to nephews and nieces Appointment of remainder of messuages, cottages and lands in Totternhoe and Eaton Bray once the property of Thomas Stonell, 8/9 parts to the use of Thomas Pratt senior, brother of Sarah Olney, Samuel, John and George Pratt, Mary Pearson, Fanny Ellingham, Hannah and Maria Pratt remaining 1/9 part to use of John Pratt
