    CONVEYANCE by 1) Richard Wood, Eaton Bray, yeoman, nephew and heir of John Wood late of Edlesborough, Buckinghamshire, yeoman, deceased and Mary his wife to 2) Thomas Pratt, Totternhoe, yeoman in consideration £75 - close of arable and pasture containing by estimation 4 acres in Totternhoe, ground then or late of John Miller esquire south east, and shooting east on orchard theretofore of William Bonnit then John Green, next a lane called Englands Lane on north, which close was then in the tenure of John Green Covenant to levey a fine 10 Oct 1786 Indenture of Fine between Thomas Pratt and John Cooper plaintiffs Richard Wood and wife Mary and Joseph Cooper and wife Elizabeth defendants 5 acres land 2 acres pasture and common of pasture in Totternhoe and Stanbridge in Leighton Buzzard Trinity 27 Geo III Will of Thomas Pratt appointing his wife Elizabeth Pratt and his sons Thomas and William Pratt executors “Also I do give and devise unto my son Richard Pratt - all those my closes pieces and parcels of land and premises in Totternhoe which my late Father purchased of Mr Richard Wood” 4 July 1822 Will of Richard Pratt appointing his brother Thomas Pratt and his sister Hannah Pratt executors “to my ….
