Note stapled to plan "the following condition should be attached to any consent issues in respect of the application - "A suitable type of quick growing hedge shall be planted along the western side of plot no. 1 from the end of the proposed screen wall to the north end of the plot and such hedge when fully grown shall be maintained at a height of not less than 6ft.""
