- all jewels, plate, household furniture, china, pictures, linen, stores, carriages, horses and all money in her custody for housekeeping
To son in law Sir George Osborn:
- £150 “due to me upon his promissory note together with all interest which shall be due thereon at my decease"
To son in law the Bishop of Litchfield & Coventry:
- £150 as a legacy to put himself and family in mourning
To sister Elizabeth Banister:
- £100 per annum for life
To aunt Mary Banister:
- £42 10s 0d per annum for life
To aunt Harriet Banister:
- £42 10s 0d per annum for life
To George Byng esquire and Ralph Willett esquire trustees in marriage settlement of late daughter with Sir George Osborn:
- £5000 in trust for grandson John Osborn, only son of said Sir George Osborn
