Existing and proposed ground floor plans for the Unicorn hotel, plus sections and elevations (scale 8ft = 1in). Also block plan (scale 1/500) showing situation of the Unicorn Hotel next to the Oriel Cinema. Alterations propose changing back bar to add ladies' toilets, enlarging gents' toilets, movement of hatch, and new drains among other smaller alterations. Drawings by Harold A.
