- messuage lately erected occupied by ii) in Ivey Lane in parish of St Faith the Virgin, London on north side of the gate leading into the great yard belonging to the messuage occupied by William Bolton esquire, alderman of London
Further Reciting that i) intends to surrender the original lease by which she holds the property to the Dean and Chapter of St Paul’s Cathedral and covenants that if ii) surrenders his old lease she will grant a new lease for 7 years when she received a new lease from the Dean and Chapter of St Paul’s Cathedral
