i) Robert, Master of the Order of Sempyngh[a]m [sic] and John prior “datyve and removable of the house of our blessed lady of Chyxsand” and the convent of the same ii) William Arderen of Hawnes, yeoman LEASE for 31 years by i) to ii), rent £11 13s 4d per annum - Hawnes parsonage and all tithe of corn, hay, hemp, flax and all other tithes with “all mortuaries both quick and dede that shall forton to fall” within said parish; except “such tythes as hath not beyn payd of the gr[a]unge” and also a tenement called ‘Ploms’ [no details]
