Confirming the following recited deeds:
Reciting Covenant to suffer a Recovery dated Oct 1612, the said Henry Osborne and his mother with Sir Thomas Cheeke knight, Nicholas [?Fetton] DD and Lionel Cranfeyld esquire
- the Manor of South Fambridge, county Essex to use of his mother for life then of wife Margaret then his heirs, then heirs of his brother Sir John Osborne
Further Reciting Recovery dated April 1637 of the said Manor suffered by said Henry Osborne and wife Margaret to use of himself and wife and heirs then to use of Sir Peter Osborne and wife Lady Dorothy then to use of Robert Osborne youngest son of said Sir Peter Osborne
