WILL of Thomas Rawlyns gentleman “attendant upon the right honourable Robart Erle of Essex”
Reciting Demise for 51 years dated 17 October 1571;
Walter Viscount Hereford to Thomas Rawlyns (now deceased)
- the capital messuage or manor house with appurtenances in Little Wakering, Essex, which interest has descended to the said Thomas Rawlyns and his brother John Rawlyns
To brother John and heirs male, and in case of John’s decease without issue one moiety to brother Edward Rawlyns and other to nephew Thomas Rawlyns (son of brother Edward Rawlyns) then in default to heirs male of kinsman Reginald Rawlyns and in default of such issue to kinsman John Osborne (son of Peter Osborne esquire)
