AGREEMENT by i) to ii)
- as to right of way and cutting of turfs on “All that auncient and accustomed way and passage lying within the parish of Mepsall alias Meppershall .. leading down from .. Nuns Lane End by and through the hollow way there leading downe towards Polehanger and soe through Polehanger Greene unto a meadow called Doxalls and soe through the same meadowe unto and from the meadow .. of the said Thomas Salmon there belonging to the Rectory or Parsonage aforesaid conteyning by estimacon one acre and two poles”
