Insurance Policy No. 855104 from Sun Fire Office initially issued to Thomas Wortham, grocer, of Royston, Hertfordshire on 7th February 1811, in relation to a property called Ashwell in Hertfordshire in the tenure of Thomas Burr, farmer.
Policy covers: house, timber and tiled; a timber and tiled barn; a thatched barn; a cartshed; a hogstie; an adjoining thatched henhouse; adjoining, untenanted, timber and tiled malting offices.
Policy cost 14s annually due on 25 December each year.
