Printed terms and conditions for Insurance Policy No. 230339 [catalogue reference Z180/3] from Sun Fire Office issued to Thomas Wortham. The printed proposals are dated by Sun Fire Office as at 9th July 1761 and represent the general terms "From the SUN-FIRE-OFFICE, in Cornhill, near the Royal-Exchange, For Infuring Houfes, and other Buildings, Goods, Wares and Merchandize, from Lofs and Damage by Fire." The document was printed in London by R Nutt. There is a handwritten note at the top of the policy document stating that there is a new policy for the property insured under 230339 [reference Z180/3] with a total fee of £2 14s, signed by Mr J Green of Buntingford.
