    Insurance Policy No. 104728 from Sun Fire Office initially issued to Thomas Wortham, grocer, of Royston, Hertfordshire, on 27th March 1746, in relation to a property called Park Farm in Little Munden, Hertfordshire in the tenure of Edward Chapman, farmer. Policy covers: house, part tiled, part thatched; an adjoining thatched shed; a separate thatched stable; a barn adjoining the stable; a separate thatched barn; and a separate thatched cowhouse. Policy cost 10s annually due on 25 March each year. Signed by trustees of the society: Thomas Barwick, B Godfrey, R Boddicott and J Green. Witnessed by: Benjamin Poole and Thomas Nobbs. 27 March 1771: Interest in the policy becomes the property of Mary Wortham, widow of within named Thomas Wortham, deceased.
