    To Edward Finch Hatton of Lincolns Inn, county Middlesex esquire; George William Finch Hatton of Kirby, Northamptonshire esquire; Thomas Metcalfe of Lincolns Inn, esquire; to hold in trust for the use of son John Osborn esquire and on his death to the use of grandson George Robert Osborn and heirs: - all messuages, lands, tenements and hereditaments with appurtenances To wife Lady Heneage Osborn for life; on her death to son John Osborn and heirs: - £1000; also “the use and wearing of my silver knives forks spoons and candlesticks”; also all table and household linen, china, pictures, books, prints, household goods and furniture in messuage in Charles Street, Berkeley Square, Middlesex To wife for life: - “all my liquors in the cellar, provisions, horses and carriages” - unexpired portion of lease of messuage in Charles Street To son John on death of Lady Heneage Osborn: - messuage in Charles Street; £10,000; plate, linen, china, furniture, pictures and books and all other personal articles in house at Chicksands To trustees (aforementioned): - £200 each To The Right Honourable Lady Hatton Finch: [Finch Hatton] - £100 To each of servants (except Robert Scott and John Coles) “living with me at the time of my decease”: - 1 year’s wages To Robert Scott: - an annuity of £50 To John Coles: - an annuity of £40 To gardener Thomas Bardy: - an annuity equivalent to his present wages for life “on condition that he does not quit my son’s service” To wife of Thomas Bardy if she survives her husband: - £40 per annum together with house if she wishes to stay there Witnesses: George B Trollope, Captain Royal Navy; Theed Pearse junior of Bedford; Theed Pearse senior of Bedford
