(d) £5000 to niece Winifred Woodger;
(e) £1000 to Jacqueline Edwards, daughter of her niece Sylvia Florence Dulieu;
(f) £500 each to Linda Woodger and Amanda Read, daughters of her niece Winifred Woodger;
(g) £500 to Reginald George John Howes of 99 Great Northern Road, builder;
(h) £500 to Molly Van Der Vlis of Van Alkemandflaan, 126 Den Haag, Holland;
(i) £400 to Joan Nimmo of 71 South Clark Street, Edinburgh;
(j) £400 to Ronald Harris of 10 Wardown Court, New Bedford Road, Luton
Devises and bequeaths residue of estate to be divided:
(i) 3/6ths share to the rector and churchwardens of the Priory Church of St Peter Dunstable;
(ii) 1/6th share to the Imperial Cancer Research Fund;
(iii) 1/6th share to the British Heart Foundation;
(iv) 1/6th share to the Friends of the Luton and Dunstable Hospital.
Codicil dated 16 June 1978:
- legacy of £400 to Ronald Harris increased to £500
- £250 bequeathed to Cyril Smith of 235 High Street South, Dunstable
- revokes share of 1/6th residual estate bequeathed to Imperial Cancer Research Fund and adds that 1/6th share to the 3/6ths share bequeathed to Priory Church making a total of 4/6ths
- desires to be buried in the family grave at Dunstable Cemetery
